Who is responsible

What we collect and why

Booking inquiries. When you send the booking form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you add it), the tour you chose and your message. We use them only to answer your inquiry and to arrange your tour. The form is delivered to our inbox by email through the EmailJS service.

Documents. To drive a quad you show us your driving licence and your ID card or passport. We use them only for the required checks and do not keep copies (see below).

Newsletter. If you sign up, we receive your email address and the time you gave your consent. We use it only to send you news about our tours. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us.

Phone, WhatsApp and email. If you contact us directly, we see the details you send us, and the provider of that service (for example WhatsApp) processes them under its own privacy policy.

We do not process payments through this website, so we never receive card or bank details here.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

Cookies and storage on your device

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. On your first visit a short notice lets you choose what your browser may remember. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

• Essential (always on): rqbConsent remembers your choice in this notice, so it does not appear on every page.
• Preferences (only if you choose "Accept preferences"): rqbNewsletter remembers that you closed or used the newsletter box, so it does not keep appearing; rqbIntroSeen remembers that the opening animation has already played during this visit.

These notes stay in your browser's own storage and are never sent to us or anyone else. If you choose "Essential only", the preference notes are deleted. You can also clear everything by deleting this site's data in your browser.

Services this website loads

The fonts are stored on our own server, so loading the site sends nothing to Google.

• jsDelivr: delivers the EmailJS script used by the forms.
• EmailJS: delivers form messages to our inbox.

Links to Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Tripadvisor and GetYourGuide open those services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep your data

We do not keep inquiry emails or copies of ID cards, passports, driving licences or other documents. They are deleted once the required procedures for your inquiry and booking have been completed. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Write to contact@kotorquadtours.com. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Montenegrin Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority in your country.

If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top. See also our Terms & Conditions.
